• Rexwood Capital LLC. does not hold or control client funds directly.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Complete all required KYC/AML checks
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be a resident in any jurisdiction where our Services are prohibited

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion where regulatory or risk considerations apply.

4. Nature of Services

Rexwood Capital LLC. provides asset, account, and investment management services for clients investing in global financial markets through CFDs, indices, metals, forex, and other asset classes.

Our role is management and execution on behalf of clients within pre-agreed parameters. We do not provide deposit-taking, fund-holding, or payment-processing services.

5. No Custody of Funds

• Client funds are held exclusively by regulated financial institutions or brokers chosen and approved under Rexwood Capital’s standards.
• All deposits and withdrawals occur directly between clients and the regulated institution.
• Rexwood Capital LLC. has no direct access to client funds and cannot initiate any transfers, withdrawals, or payments on a client’s behalf.

6. Investment Risks

• Investing and trading in CFDs, FX, and related products involve significant risk of loss; markets can be volatile and unpredictable.
• Clients may lose all or part of their invested capital.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results; seek independent advice where appropriate.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and onboarding
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Notify Rexwood immediately of unauthorized activity or suspected breach
• Refrain from unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited use of the Services

8. Performance Fees & Management Charges

All fees and performance charges are outlined within the Investment Agreement provided prior to account activation.

Rexwood Capital LLC. may adjust fees with prior written notice, in accordance with the client’s agreement.

9. Communication

Official communication may occur via:

• Email (using verified company domains)
• Telephone or video conference
• Client portal or secure messaging channels

Clients are responsible for keeping contact details up to date.

10. Intellectual Property

• All website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, and designs are the exclusive property of Rexwood Capital LLC.
• No material may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rexwood Capital LLC. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our Services or website.

Clients may terminate their engagement at any time by notifying their Relationship Manager and settling any outstanding fees.

15. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the UAE.

16. Amendments

Rexwood Capital LLC. may update or amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on our website with a new “Last Updated” date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
